MBT Online Immersives

April 18-23 and July 18-23, 2021

You don’t need to travel anywhere to participate in one of our LIVE online immersives and right now, due to the Covid-19 crisis, staying safe sounds like a great idea to us!

Following the resounding success of our first MBT Online Immersives in 2020, we are happy to announce that we will be doing two more online immersives in 2021.

April's online immersives will take place with European timings while July's online immersive will take place with American timings. Please contact us for more details.

We are also pleased to announce that we will be holding the price for all online immersives in 2021 to just $600

Schedule

The MBT Online Immersive pretty much follow the same itinerary as all previous MBT Immersives, so nothing is left out!

In fact, these programs are slightly longer than any previous immersive we have done and offer remarkable value for money!

All you need to participate is a good, stable internet connection and a strong, healthy desire to explore and learn. A webcam and microphone is also recommended so we can see you and hear your questions if you have any, although neither is a necessity and you can always turn them off if you prefer.

Ten to fourteen days prior to the immersive, you will be sent a copy of the immersive schedule along with a link to the binaural beats that Tom has created especially for these Immersive Experiences so that you can download them to the device of your choice. These binaural beats are your key to accessing each of the exercise sessions that Tom has devised for the experience. We recommend you download them immediately to the device(s) of your choice rather than listen to them online during the program. You will also need a good set of stereo headphones. Tom has suggested that the in-ear variety of earbuds actually work best with the binaural beats.

As per the MBT Fireside Chats, either Keith or Donna of MBT Events will be there at all times moderating to ensure things run smoothly and fairly. We will also have our tech guy, Jamie, on hand who you will be able to private message with any tech questions.

Before the start of the immersive you will be sent a unique link that you will use to sign into the Zoom online chatroom where the immersive will take place. Tom will start with an introduction to the program he has devised for you before you go straight into your first exercise.

The program will start with a half day introduction on Sunday. The next five days will follow a similar intensive routine. You can use the same link each day to join Tom in the meeting room for that morning's exercises and discussions which will take you through to lunch. The program will continue after your extended meal break and will continue until the end of the day. The immersive will finish with a half day of Q & A on Friday afternoon.

Price and Registration

What do you need to do next?

The regular price for the MBT Online Immersives was going to be $750 USD from the beginning of next year.

However, due to the current ongoing Covid-19 situation and the fact that many people now find themselves at home without an income, we will continue to offer the online immersives for the discounted price of just $600

Please Note: The price of $600 allows up to three people to take part in the immersive when sharing the same screen in the same location, although for fairness, only one person per link/screen will be allowed to ask Tom questions on behalf of their group where applicable. Each link is good for you only and cannot be transferred or shared with anyone else.

More importantly, we ask that you do not break any of the rules or orders currently in place in your country or, more specifically, where you live with regards to self-isolation or quarantine in order to take part in this immersive.

Even though this event is taking place online, the number of people taking part will be limited to allow everyone the chance to ask their questions.

If you would like to join us for either of these LIVE online immersive, please complete our booking form.

Once we have confirmed your booking you will be asked to pay for your place in full within 14 days. For those of you living in Europe, we have a way of accepting your payments by direct transfer in Pounds Sterling, Euros or several other currencies. You can also call us with credit/debit card details or send us your payment via PayPal (although in each of these two cases a 4% fee will apply). If you do not make your payment within 7 days your booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

We will give credit for any monies paid towards a future immersive (online or otherwise) if you cancel more than 14 days before the start of the online immersive you have booked for.

No refunds will be made in case of cancellations made within 14 days of the start of each online immersive or for no shows.
