PLEASE NOTE: We are closely monitoring the ongoing situation in Eastern Europe and will make decisions as and when we need to ensure the safety of our attendees. As a contingency plan, this may mean moving the venue for this immersive from Krakow to somewhere else in Europe, probably Germany, but only time will tell if we have to do this. Our thoughts go out to all those affected by this terrible conflict.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
This five-day MBT Immersive, Tom's final in-person event, will take place October 5-9, 2022 in the wonderful, historic city of Krakow in Poland.
Unlike previous MBT Immersives, accommodation and meals ARE NOT included with this immersive. This means we can keep the price down and offer an affordable experience to those who would otherwise not be able to afford to attend.
Tom's program will be exactly the same as other MBT Immersives, but this time you will be free to find your own accommodations and meals.
PLEASE NOTE: While Tom will present the entire program in English we are planning on offering a live translation into Polish for the home crowd. Unfortunately, this will be the only language that we will be able to offer translation for.
The venue is the International Cultural Centre which is on Rynek Glówny, the main square located right in the heart of old-town Krakow. In fact, the venue can actually be seen in the photo above just to the left of the old town hall spire.
There is a wide selection of fantastic cafés and restaurants
all within a 10-minute walk of the venue.
As previously mentioned, this MBT Immersive's schedule will be slightly different from all the other MBT Immersives we have offered in that no accommodation or meals are provided. Tom's program remains exactly the same as previous immersives with nothing taken out so you will be getting the same experience as previous attendees.
Each day of the program (Wednesday to Sunday) will follow the same schedule:
The morning session will run from 9am until 1pm (0900-1300)
There will be a one hour lunch break from 1pm to 2pm (1300-1400)
The afternoon session will run from 2pm until 6pm (1400-1800)
From Wednesday to Saturday, there will be one binaural beats session each morning and another binaural beats session each afternoon.
In addition, you will be asked to do an additional binaural beat every evening (Wednesday to Saturday) as homework. Although this final binaural beats session each day is optional, it is highly recommended.
There will be no binaural beats session on the Sunday.
Instead, on Sunday morning, Tom will take everyone on an exciting virtual exploration of "Tom's Park".
The whole of the afternoon will be given over to oral feedback and general questions!
We will not be providing airport transfers for this immersive
If you will be flying in to join us then the nearest airport is Krakow's own John Paul II Kraków-Balice airport which is located a short 25 minute drive from the city centre. A taxi or private car into the city centre will cost around €25 depending on the time of the day and how many people are in your party. There are several other options including bus, train and shuttle.
You can find the best option for you by visiting http://www.krakowcard.com/transport-from-krakow-airport-balice
If you are thinking of renting a car we would not recommend it. There is plenty of parking around the city but prices can be high and you would end up paying for a car that you will not be using most of the time.
About a week prior to this immersive, you will be sent a link to the binaural beats that Tom has created especially for these Immersive Experiences so that you can download them to the device of your choice.
These binaural beats are not available anywhere else and are your key to accessing each of the exercise sessions that Tom has devised for the experience.
You should bring these with you along with a good set of stereo headphones. Tom has suggested that the in-ear variety of earbuds actually work best with the binaural beats.
The price for this 5-day MBT Immersive Experience is just €900 per person
and includes the full immersive experience program only
Any additional costs such as accommodation, meals and transportation
ARE NOT INCLUDED.
If you would like to join us in Krakow in October 2022 please complete this booking form to register your interest or reserve your place. Once we have confirmed your booking you will be asked to pay a €400 per person deposit within 30 days to confirm that reservation. For those of you living in Europe, we now have a way of accepting your payments by direct transfer in Pounds Sterling, Euros or several other currencies. You can also call us with credit/debit card details or send us your payment via PayPal (although in each of these two cases a 4% fee will apply). If you do not make your deposit payment within 30 days, MBT Events reserves the right to cancel your reservation. Your balance will then be due no later than 90 days prior to the start date of the immersive you have booked to attend.
As far as cancellations are concerned, we have changed our cancellation policy for this immersive as follows...
You may cancel your booking at any time up to 30 days before the start of this immersive and receive a full refund of all monies paid
In the event of cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of this immersive you will be offered a future credit of any money paid so far
If we do end up having to move this immersive to Germany and that doesn't work for you, you can cancel and get a full refund at any time with no questions asked
For no shows, no refunds or credit will be offered
